Usage and audit report
See who used AI, when, with which model and what it cost, review sign-ins and account changes, and export both to CSV.

The Usage page in the dashboard has two tabs: AI usage, for what AI is costing and who is using it, and Audit log, for who did what in your firm’s account. Members can’t see either.
The report never shows what anyone asked the AI or what it answered. Our AI gateway counts usage but never stores prompts, answers or files.
AI usage
- Date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, Last 90 days, or Custom (up to one year). Times are in UTC.
- Totals: AI spend, requests, tokens and active people, with a chart you can group by day, week or month.
- AI budget: how much of your firm’s included AI usage has been used this month, and when it resets. See Billing and seats.
- By model: where the spend goes. Claude Opus costs about twice as much as Claude Sonnet per token.
- People: each person’s requests, tokens and spend, compared with the per-seat share, and when they were last active.
Export CSV downloads usage by person, or usage by day, week or month.
Audit log
The audit log lists sign-ins, members and invites, seat changes, billing, settings and workspace events, newest first. Filter by category, search by email, event or IP address, pick a person, or set dates.
Actions our staff take on your firm’s account appear here too, shown as “support”.
Export CSV downloads up to 10,000 events with the time, category, event, person, IP address and browser.
