Why Zrico
What the extra cost per seat buys.
At $39 a seat, Zrico costs more than ChatGPT Business Standard or Copilot Business. It is built for one kind of customer: the law firm (or accounting firm) that wants AI in a place of its own.
-
A workspace of your own
Each firm gets its own application and databases at its own address, on a private network no other firm can reach.
-
Claude by default, more if you want
Claude runs every request unless the owner turns on GPT or Gemini. Then staff can use the model that suits the task without separate accounts.
-
Built for the work
15 ready-made assistants, including Contract Review, Legal Memo, IRS Notice Response and Tax Research Memo, plus assistants you build for your firm’s recurring work.
-
Control for the partners
Seats, AI usage, the usage and audit report and retention in one dashboard: who used AI, when, which model and what it cost.

Why does Zrico cost more per seat than ChatGPT Business or Copilot?

Which of these tools train on client data?
None of them, by default, according to each vendor’s published terms. Read each vendor’s current terms yourself before putting client information into any tool.
Can Zrico keep all AI processing in the US?
Yes, by default. Every request goes to Claude, which is processed only in the United States. GPT and Gemini are off unless the firm owner turns them on; their processing is not limited to the US.
Does Zrico have SOC 2?
No. Zrico has no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification today. The security page describes the controls we do have.
