The product

What is Zrico?

Zrico gives your firm its own private AI workspace. Staff sign in at your firm’s address and use Claude and GPT to draft, summarize, review documents and answer questions, in a workspace that is separate from every other customer.

Which AI models are included?

Current models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT). We update the list as providers release new versions.

Can we upload documents?

Yes. Staff can attach PDFs, Word files and other documents to a conversation and ask questions about them. Files are stored in your firm’s workspace only.

Who is it for?

Law firms, accounting firms and insurance brokers using AI for internal work. It is not designed for patient health information, and it is not an archive for broker-dealer or registered investment adviser communications.

Is the AI always right?

No. AI models can be wrong, out of date or invent sources. Every output must be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on it or share it with a client.

Data and security

Do the AI providers train on our data?

No. We use the providers’ business APIs, which do not train models on customer prompts, files or outputs.

Where is our data processed?

AI requests go only to US processing regions of the AI providers. Our subprocessor list shows where each service we use is located.

How long do the AI providers keep our data?

Providers keep request data for a limited time for abuse monitoring. The exact periods are listed on our AI data use page.

Can other firms see our data?

No. Each firm has its own application and its own databases on a private network that other firms cannot reach.

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. We do not hold SOC 2, HIPAA or other certifications today, and we do not sign business associate agreements. Our security page describes exactly what we do.

Can we control how long chats are kept?

Yes. An admin can keep conversations indefinitely or have them deleted automatically after a set period.

Sign-in and access

How do staff sign in?

By email invitation, with two-factor authentication available to every user and required for admins. Microsoft 365 sign-in is rolling out now: once it is on for your firm, staff can sign in with their work accounts.

What does connecting Microsoft 365 involve?

Your Microsoft 365 admin approves the app once for your tenant. Only accounts from your own tenant can sign in, and your admin decides who has access.

Can people sign up on their own?

No. Workspaces are invite-only. An owner or admin decides who gets in.

Billing

How much does it cost?

$39 per seat per month, with a 5-seat minimum. That includes $20 of AI usage per seat each month, pooled across your firm.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new firm gets 30 days free. A card is required when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial. Your first charge (seats × $39) is on day 31 unless you cancel, and we email you 3 days before it.

What if we cancel during the trial?

You are not charged, and your workspace keeps working until the end of the 30-day trial.

Do seats added during the trial cost extra?

No. Seats added during the trial are free until the first charge, when every seat is billed at the normal price.

How much AI usage is included during the trial?

$5 per seat for the whole trial, pooled across the firm. From the first charge it is $20 per seat each month.

How do we pay?

By card, monthly in advance. Add seats any time with a prorated charge; remove seats at the next billing date.

What happens when we cancel?

Your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period. You then have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Give your firm a private place to use AI.

$39 per seat per month after a 30-day free trial, 5-seat minimum. Your workspace is ready minutes after you sign up.

Your card is charged when the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
