  • Claude Sonnet (recommended for most work), Claude Opus (best for hard work) and Claude Haiku (fastest), processed only in the United States.
  • GPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) are off until your firm’s owner turns them on, after a notice naming the provider and its data terms. Their processing is not limited to the US.

Build your own, with your firm’s documents

Start from a template (client letters in your style, answers from your policies, document summaries, checklist reviews, research with web sources), add the documents it should know, and keep it private or share it with the firm. It searches those documents and cites them. Nothing is trained: an assistant is the model plus your instructions. Owners choose whether only owners and admins, or everyone, can create assistants.

Documents and Q&A

Ask questions of your own documents.

  • Upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or CSV files, up to 25 MB each and 10 at a time, and ask questions about them.
  • Answers from document search point to the page they used, so you can check them.
  • Files stay in your firm’s workspace. Document search is computed on our own server with an open-source model; files are not sent to an outside service to be indexed.
  • The Firm Knowledge Base assistant answers from documents your owners and admins add, with sources.

Privacy

Strong safeguards you can check.

No online service is “100% private”, and we don’t say so. Here is what we do, and what we don’t have yet.

Security & trust Where your data goes
  • Our staff never read your firm’s content. Our tools can’t show chats, files or prompts, and there is no “sign in as”.
  • Every action our staff take on your account appears in your firm’s audit log. Opening content needs your owner’s written approval, and is logged with the reason.
  • Our AI gateway stores no prompts or answers. Per-request usage records are deleted after 90 days.
  • Nothing your firm sends is used to train AI, by us or by Anthropic, OpenAI or Google.
  • No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, the dashboard or your workspace.
  • Encrypted in transit and in nightly backups. The server’s own disk is not encrypted at rest yet; moving to encrypted storage is planned.
  • No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA agreement today. Not for patient health information.
