Storage and add-ons

Every seat includes 5 GB of storage, pooled across the firm: a firm with the 5-seat minimum has 25 GB. Storage counts everything your workspace keeps: chats, uploaded files, images, search indexes and the document vault.

Each seat also includes AI usage, pooled the same way.

See what you’re using

In the dashboard, open Usage & storage and choose Storage & add-ons. You’ll see the AI and storage meters, storage by kind, the last 90 days, and any add-on charges. Owners and admins can see the page.

Owners get an email when the firm reaches 80% and 100% of its storage, and owners and admins get one at 80% and 100% of the month’s included AI usage.

When storage is full

New uploads pause until there is room again. Chats keep working, and nothing is ever deleted automatically. To make room, add storage, add seats, or delete files you no longer need.

Add storage

On Storage & add-ons, an owner chooses how many 10 GB packs the firm needs and confirms.

• $5 per 10 GB per month, on the same monthly bill as your seats, up to 500 GB extra.
• More storage is available at once and prorated for the rest of the month.
• Fewer packs apply from your next billing date.

Add AI usage

If your firm has used its included AI usage for the month, or expects to, an owner can add extra AI usage for the current month on Storage & add-ons. The price is shown before you confirm, and it’s charged once. Unused extra usage ends with the month.

Good to know

• Add-ons aren’t available during the free trial. Add seats instead: each seat adds storage and AI usage.
• Only owners can buy or lower add-ons, and they may be asked to confirm it’s them.
• How we measure storage: by adding up file sizes. We never open or read your files, and no file names are recorded.
